我彎一個網站名Italki做老師從2014年2月17號。我教6項文：福建話，印尼話，英文，中文，Esperanto佮Toki Pona。到今日我有165個學生。我教過的福建話有83堂，印尼文有67堂，中文有164堂，英文有36堂，Esperanto有82堂佮Toki Pona有17堂。

I became a teacher on a website called Italki on February 17th, 2014. I teach 6 languages: Hokkien, Indonesian, English, Mandarin, Esperanto, and Toki Pona. To date, I have 165 students. I taught 83 lessons of Hokkien, 67 lessons of Indonesian, 164 lessons of Mandarin, 36 lessons of English, 82 lessons of Esperanto, and 17 lessons of Toki Pona.

Every time I get a new student, I always ask the following questions:

1. Corдmikдsuф okд ... bunж? 做物事學。。。文? Why do you learn ... language? 
2. Anдcuuaя okд koiф? 按怎學過? How did you learn? 
3. Iorngф haдmikд chaekф aфsiф pakфhangф lorф okд koiф? 用過啥物冊也是別項路學過? Which book or method did you use? 
4. Aiя sayngф okд ayфhiauя haдmikд ueфtayж? 愛先學會曉啥物話題? Which topic would you like to learn first? 

Waя caiф hakфsayngд ayд tapяanф liauя waя ciaя ayф horф hakфsayngд waя ayд iяkiaynф. Uiфliauя waя ayф kaф huatф siф toiф hakфsayngд khiamяiorngф ayд, emфsiф tiaynфtoя. 

我知學生的答案了我才會予我的意見。為了我的教法是綴學生欠用的，毋是顛倒。

Only after I know the student's answer can I give my recommendation. This is because my teaching method follows the student's needs, not vice versa.
